  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Change Plan”
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
  5. See Billing & Plans for details
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Complete the cancellation flow
  4. Access continues until end of billing period
  5. Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
  1. Wait until limits reset (monthly)
  2. Upgrade to a higher plan for more emails
  3. Contact support for temporary limit increase (Enterprise)
  4. Review if all sends are necessary
