How to Schedule a Campaign
Select Date and Time
Choose when you want the campaign to be delivered
- Select the date from the calendar
- Choose the time (hour and minute)
- Confirm the timezone
Best Times to Send
- B2B Audiences
- B2C Audiences
- Global Audiences
Best days: Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayBest times:
- 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (mid-morning)
- 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (mid-afternoon)
- Monday mornings (inbox overload)
- Friday afternoons (weekend mode)
- Weekends (unless relevant to work-life content)
Managing Scheduled Campaigns
Viewing Scheduled Campaigns
- Go to Campaigns in the sidebar
- Click the Scheduled tab
- View all pending scheduled campaigns
Campaign Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Set to send at future date/time |
| Pending | About to start sending |
| Paused | Scheduled but temporarily stopped |
Modifying a Scheduled Campaign
To edit:- Find the campaign in the Scheduled tab
- Click Edit or the campaign name
- Make necessary changes
- Re-schedule or send now
Pausing a Campaign
If you need to temporarily stop a scheduled campaign:- Find the campaign in Scheduled campaigns
- Click Pause
- The campaign will remain paused until you resume or reschedule
Canceling a Campaign
To permanently cancel:- Open the scheduled campaign
- Click Cancel or Delete
- Confirm the cancellation

Recurring Campaigns
Set up campaigns that send on a regular schedule:- Weekly Newsletter: Every Tuesday at 10 AM
- Monthly Digest: First Monday of each month
- Daily Updates: Every day at 8 AM
Recurring campaigns automatically create new sends based on your schedule. You can edit content for each occurrence.
Timezone Optimization
Send emails at the same local time for all recipients: Example: Schedule for “10:00 AM recipient’s time”- New York subscribers receive at 10:00 AM EST
- London subscribers receive at 10:00 AM GMT
- Tokyo subscribers receive at 10:00 AM JST
