Account Settings

Manage your MailGreet account settings to personalize your experience and configure important defaults.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown
  3. Navigate through the available settings tabs

Profile Information

Your Profile

Basic account information and personal details.

Security Settings

Account Security

Keep your account secure with these settings.

Password

  • Change your password regularly
  • Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Never share your password with others

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security:

Enable 2FA

Go to Security settings and click “Enable 2FA”

Scan QR Code

Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) to scan the code

Verify

Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app

Save Backup Codes

Store the backup codes safely in case you lose access to your authenticator
If you lose access to your 2FA device and backup codes, contact support immediately to regain account access.

Control which notifications you receive:

Default Sender Information

Set defaults for your email campaigns:

Using a verified custom domain for your from email significantly improves deliverability.

Branding Settings

Customize your MailGreet experience:
  • Company Logo: Used in your email templates
  • Brand Colors: Primary and accent colors for email designs
  • Default Footer: Standard footer text for all campaigns

API Keys

Manage your API access:
  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click API Keys
  3. Generate a new key or manage existing keys
  4. Use keys to integrate MailGreet with external applications
Keep your API keys secret. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately and generate a new one.

Data & Privacy

  • Export Data: Download all your account data
  • Delete Account: Permanently remove your account and all data
  • Data Processing: Review how your data is handled
