Viewing Your Current Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View your current plan details including:
- Plan name and price
- Renewal date
- Subscriber limit and usage
- Email sending limit and usage
- Verification credits remaining

Upgrading Your Plan
What happens when you upgrade:
- New limits take effect immediately
- You’re charged a prorated amount for the current billing period
- Future renewals are at the new plan price
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review impact on your features and limits
- Confirm the downgrade
Managing Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details
- Save the payment method
Updating Payment Information
Keep your payment method current to avoid service interruption:- Update expiring cards before they expire
- Set a default payment method
- Remove old or unused cards

Need more email or phone verification credits?- Go to Buy Credits in the sidebar
- Select a credit package
- Complete payment
- Credits are added immediately
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your MailGreet subscription:- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional but appreciated)
- Confirm cancellation
- You keep access until end of billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime during the retention period
